The recently published book "Best practices in surgical education: innovations in skills training", edited by P.D. Saltzman PD (2nd ed, Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc: Cinncinati, OH, 2010; p. 303., +DVD ) includes a chapter "Educational case study: McGill University" that had been contributed by two MIS surgeons - Melina Vassiliou MD, MEd, FRSC(C) and Nicoletta Kolozsvari MD.
